Use the apprenticeship levy to recruit new teachers and retain existing staff in a cost-effective way. Directed by online study, our QTS Apprenticeship Route plus PGCE is available nationwide. It fuses practical on-the-job training with helpful 1-1 mentoring and face-to-face tutorials and seminars with university tutors.
As Coventry University is ranked 4th in the world for online courses (MOOC World University Rankings, 2020), your apprentices will have access to the highest quality tutoring.
Furthermore, with only six days of training spent away from school, requirements for cover in school is minimal. The course is also available for part-time and full-time Apprentice Teachers, and has a number of start dates throughout the year.
