Health Design & Technology Institute: Get Involved
HDTI is continually looking for individuals, businesses, charities and other organisations to collaborate with in a variety of research activity, ranging from the testing of new innovative healthcare products to collaborating on small and large scale applied research (AR) projects.
Applied research
Is your organisation interested in partnering HDTI on an applied research project, or would like some more information on future research opportunities?
European funded projects
HDTI is involved in a range of collaborative international research projects focussed on assistive technologies and telehealth. Would you like to explore ways of working with us on European funded projects?
Consultancy assistance
Are you an individual or SME looking for design or usability consultancy assistance? Please visit our usability support, product design and health care apps sections.
Give us your opinion
Are you an individual looking to find out more about how you can test and give your opinion on new healthcare products in development? Please visit our usability section or download our brochure.
We would be particularly interested in hearing about what sort of products you think you could help us develop, so please feel free to let us know as much about yourself as possible, including what disability you have experience with, or what kind of products cause you problems.
For more information on any of the above and for further details on how to get involved, drop us a line at hdti.info@coventry.ac.uk

My Care Link
HDTI are looking for people who have experience of living with, or supporting someone with a life limiting illness to take part in a research project exploring a new planning and communication network. You might be the person with an illness or condition, a family member, neighbour, or a friend – just as long as you have been involved in some way in experiencing the impact of the illness on day to day life. We also need you to be familiar with using either text messaging, e-mail or social media for communication purposes. For more information, please click here
