Eligibility

To receive funded assistance, businesses must meet the criteria below as defined by European Regional Development Funding (ERDF):

• have fewer than 250 full-time employees;
• have less than €50m or £35m turnover;
• have less than €43m or £30m balance sheet net worth;
• be less than 25% owned or controlled by a non-SME;
• be based in the West Midlands Region: Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire or West Midlands;
• be active within the building technology sector;
• be evaluating environmental technologies or reducing the environmental impacts of current products;
• be investing new technology and looking to grow the business;
• be likely to increase market share;
• be looking for support that is within the scope and capability of the Sustainable Building Futures project.
