Whether you change your mind about your current university choices, your results surprise you or you’ve just started to think about university, Clearing gives you the opportunity to find the right course for you.
You can apply through Clearing if:
- you’re applying after 30 June
- you didn’t receive any offers (or none you wanted to accept)
- you didn’t meet the conditions of your offers
- you’ve declined your firm place in your UCAS Hub.

Find the course you are interested in
Our Clearing course list will become available for you to view closer to the time. You can browse our courses starting in September 2024 to see what's available in the subjects you want to study.
Contact universities directly to see if they can offer you a place
Clearing opens on 5 July for 2024 entry. Once open you can contact us to see if we can make you an offer if you already have your results. In most cases we can give you a decision there and then.
Accept the offer that is right for you
When you receive an offer, you can accept it in your UCAS Hub. If you choose us you'll be sent a confirmation email with all the next steps you need to take.
