How it works

View our accommodation options including fees or see in person what we have to offer during one of our Open Days.

Accept your offer with Coventry University/CU Coventry and we will send you a welcome email with your Student ID number.

From 26 February 2024, you can create an account on our accommodation booking site. You will be asked to select a minimum of four rooms in order of preference.

An accommodation offer will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving the application. Once you receive your offer, you have 3 working days to accept this, at which point you need to pay the £90 Advance Licence Fee and set up a payment plan*.
You can then relax, safe in the knowledge your room is ready and waiting for you when you start university life with us!

The Advance Licence Fee will count as a deposit towards your final rent payment.
UK undergraduate and postgraduate students applying for September 2024 entry will pay the outstanding accommodation fees in three instalments in October 2024, January 2025 and April 2025.
International students applying for September 2024 entry will be required to pay the first instalment upon acceptance of the booking in addition to the £90 advance licence fee, followed by instalments in January 2025 and April 2025.
One-semester pathway students are required to pay the total contract cost upfront.
