Biography
Dr Randhir Auluck is Associate Head of School: Enterprise and Commercial and PL in International HRM. She manages a team responsible for CPD, consultancy, knowledge transfer, and external programmes. In this role, she has set up the School’s Business Advisory Group and contributed to the development of the Faculty’s Enterprise and Commercial portfolio strategy, and some of the projects she is working on include a major leadership development programme for Highways England, UNITE Student Accommodation, and the West Midlands Police. She is also Principal Lecturer in International HRM she teaches on a variety of human resource management and leadership programmes. She currently supervises six PhD students and is external international examiner for at the University of Kwazulu Natal in South Africa. She is a Working Group Co-Director: Public Service Reform for the International Association of Institutes and Schools of Administration (IASIA).
