Michael Walsh
Academic Course Director for Economics
Mike Walsh is the Academic Course Director for Economics. He has experience working in the insurance industry and has taught in the USA under the Fullbright Exchange Programme. His teaching focuses on the economics of the European Union, and his current research project is assessing the impact of a possible UK referendum to leave the EU on West Midlands industry. Other research centres on the teaching of economics, such as the impact of e-learning and classroom games and experiments in economics.
