- 2005: Preparation of a West Midlands Regional Mass Evacuation Framework for the West Midlands County Emergency Planning and Emergency Planning Managers Group
- 2007: Designed and delivered a two-day Integrated Emergency Management training course to senior Irish Fire Service officers, for the Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government, Government of Ireland
- Delivered (with two other members of staff) a one-day multi-agency training exercise to senior emergency services officers, for the Irish Garda, in Galway, Ireland
