Cutlers Exchange is open for business!

Coventry University London’s new location, Cutlers Exchange, is now open!

After months of hard work from the operations team, the 4th floor of the new building opened for use on the 4 March 2019. The area is available to all MBA and MSc postgraduate students, and is full of fantastic spaces and technologies that will help them make the most of their studies. These include an integrated staff/student café, specialised ‘pods’ (enclosed booths which feature personal screens) and collaborative working spaces and break-out areas. Cutlers Exchange has received great student feedback so far.  

So far, the building has been abuzz with activity. Students have now started their classes, and heads of department are currently being housed there while building works are carried out on the fifth floor of University House. In February, the East London Chamber of Commerce held their monthly networking event – Time to Talk Business - at Cutlers Exchange. With over 50 major employers in attendance, it was the perfect opportunity to show off the space. They also held MBA professional simulations in the space, giving some of the postgraduate students a sneak peak at their new home!

The final launch event, in which the fifth floor will be opened, will be held on 16 May, with the Group’s Vice Chancellor John Latham and other special guests in attendance.
