International Project week takes place in Germany
BA (Hons) Global Business Management students took part in the International Project Week organised by Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences in Bavaria, Germany.
The International Project Week was an opportunity for students to develop their practical skills and theoretical knowledge in project management, cross cultural patterns, marketing, intercultural communication and interpersonal/social skills.
During their time in Aschaffenburg students participated in a series of interdisciplinary team activities and attended guest lectures in different specialisation fields in the areas of international business management and marketing.
Students enjoyed the experience thoroughly as this proved to be a unique experience, providing students a chance to develop their academic and professional skills in the stunning city of Aschaffenburg, which also allowed them to combine social and academic activities.
The event was attended by a number of students from other partner universities in France, Finland, Russia, Turkey and Hungary.
BA (Hons) Global Business Management Programme Leader for Year 2, Cesar Peluso said:
“This was a fantastic opportunity for students to develop their communication and team management skills and to be exposed to other intercultural issues which prevail in today's globalised economy.”
