The London Campus hosted a welcome party for students who are taking part in the Erasmus programme this term.
A total of 11 students are studying at the campus from over six different universities including; Dunquerke University (France), Haute Ecole Libre Mosane (Liege, Belgium), University of Brescia (Italy), International Business Academy (Kolding Denmark), California State University and Northern Arizona University (USA).
The welcome party was an opportunity for students to socialise with students, Programme Leaders, Heads of Subject and other members of staff. These students also met study abroad students from the London Campus who will be studying in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain and America next January.
Lead Teaching Fellow Cesar Peluso said:
“In today’s global economy, study abroad can be a defining element to every student’s undergraduate degree. Many companies increasingly desire leaders with the ability to live successfully in a variety of countries and work with people of various cultural backgrounds.
“Study abroad can provide the structure for students to build these skills and give them an edge over the competition. At the London Campus we are delighted to provide our undergraduate students with this opportunity.”
