Coventry University London is proud to have recently acquired new facilities at Cutlers Exchange in the centre of London. The new facilities, located three minute walk from the University House campus, encompasses approximately 20,000 square feet across the fourth and fifth floor of the building. The search for new premises began in September 2017 in response to the growing number of students choosing to study at Coventry University London. Situated just over 300m away from the main campus, the location remains in the heart of the City of London where students can benefit from fantastic internship opportunities and the chance to take full advantage of world-renowned attractions London has to offer.
The new premises will host a Postgraduate Centre on the fourth floor and a brand new Financial Suite on the fifth. It will also include a large seminar hall, along with several smaller seminar rooms, and a flexible, multi-purpose event space. An administration hub will provide students with support and advice while there. Much of the fourth floor will be dedicated to providing students with a variety of study spaces including open collaboration space, group booths and a quiet study area. All areas will be kitted out with state of the art technology to encourage interactive group study.
Janet Hannah, Pro-vice-chancellor and CEO of Coventry University London, said:
“Our expansion to Cutlers Exchange is another milestone in our development and a testimony to the successful growth of Coventry University London. It underlines our continued commitment to expanding our provision, enhancing our facilities and improving the Student Experience. I am extremely proud that, each year, we are the institution of choice in London for increasing numbers of students from all over the world”.
The Cutlers Exchange premises are due to open early 2019. Watch this space for further updates.
