MBA Human Resource Management Students Meet Leigh Keating, Head of Talent and Learning at Selfridges & Co.

The October 2017 MBA International Human Resource Management cohort recently had the opportunity to meet with Leigh Keating, Head of Talent and Learning at Selfridges & Co. 

Students met and discussed a number of relevant topics to the 'Developing People' module. Topics discussed include how the luxury retailer aligns learning and development with business strategy, and how company values underpin the work Keating and her team do with new managers to build a powerful and successful organisational culture.  

Module leader John Watkins said, "This was a great opportunity for students to learn about learning and development at its best from a HR professional who is passionate about her role and the company she works for.  Students asked great questions and really used the opportunity to benefit their studies!"
