Before venturing into the UK Higher Education sector, Amanda embarked on a dynamic career journey in Shanghai's vibrant fashion industry, where she contributed her expertise as a Communication Officer at Eve NY. Later, she transitioned to the healthcare sector, assuming the role of Business Analyst at Boston Scientific, a prominent multinational corporation.

Furthermore, Amanda is the Co-Founder of Capsule Couture Limited, a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit. Her extensive experience as a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Project Management spans an impressive fifteen years, encompassing both undergraduate and postgraduate levels of education.

Amanda's research endeavors center around Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), with a specific focus on the ever-evolving landscape of business strategies in today's dynamic environment. Her commitment to cutting-edge pedagogy is evident in her innovative teaching methods, which seamlessly merge the latest research insights with established theoretical frameworks and contemporary industry models.

Amanda goes the extra mile by crafting real-life business projects that empower students to collaborate with established businesses on tangible, real-world endeavors.
