Ghazi is a lecturer in Business and Management at Coventry University London and the deputy course director for MSc International Project Management. He has been involved in academia since 2016. Before that, he worked in the construction industry for many years in a managerial role.
He received his PhD from Coventry University, where his thesis examined the relationship between workers’ motivation and their productivity in construction sites. He used the findings of this study to develop a productivity enhancing framework used by organisations at their project sites. His research interests include lean construction, productivity, motivation, organisation behaviour and culture.
