I have been teaching in higher education for over 15 years following a 25 year business career in which I was head of marketing for a motor insurance subsidiary of the the Royal Bank of Scotland and owned and ran my own business. I have taught at a number of university institutions besides Coventry and my current specialisms are operations management and business sustainability, and I have also taught strategic management, entrepreneurship and internationalbusiness and culture.

Research and Consultancy
I am very interested in and have an involvement in a number of private research & consultancy projects across a number of business areas. These include the effectiveness of financial trading techniques and other factors in predicting share price performance and the relationship between leadership & organisational effectiveness.
