Overall, the 2019 university guide places Coventry in the top 10 in the country for students’ satisfaction with feedback on their courses (6th) and the quality of teaching (7th) – based on ratings given in last year’s National Student Survey (NSS).

The results build on previous league table successes for Coventry University, with highlights including a gold rating in the government’s Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF), which measures teaching quality across UK higher education institutions.

We are continuing to invest heavily in our teaching and learning activity and facilities, and are pleased to see this investment reflected in such a strong position across many subject areas and overall student feedback today. Preserving our top modern university status for the seventh year and increasing the number of subjects for which we feature in the top 10 in today’s rankings is something we are all very proud of.

Along with our many recent achievements, it shows how much our students appreciate the work we’re doing to enhance their learning experience and employability through travel and placement opportunities. This commitment to teaching excellence and to giving our students the best possible chance of success is what continues to makes Coventry stand out.
