Speakers

Sarah Harris is Head of Academy at Severn Trent, one of the Midlands’ great FTSE 100 companies, and a highly effective professional who’s worked across multiple industries.

Peter Kay is Head of Learning and Development at the Tarmac, the Solihull-based building materials giant, with two decades’ experience in HR , learning and change management.

Dan Pech, regional sales manager at Vodafone UK, who has over 15 years’ experience in the ICT market and leadership roles.

Paul Noon, the Pro Vice-Chancellor Enterprise and Innovation at Coventry University, who has experience in getting results through strategic leadership of staff and effective use of technology.

David Gaughan, Head of Skills Recovery at the West Midlands Combined Authority, has more than 25 years’ experience in education and skills sector. He’s played a significant part in translating government policy.

Jill Bassett, is Operations Director and Talent Solutions Brand Lead at Manpower. She has considerable experience in delivering integrated talent to large enterprise and engineering businesses.
