On Tuesday 13 October 2015 at the Child Studies (Tema Barn), Department of Thematic Studies, Linköping University, Sweden, The Centre for Communities and Social Justice's (CCSJ) Dr. Geraldine Brady launched the book 'Children, health and wellbeing: policy debates and lived experience' at the Children, health and well-being symposium.
The edited book; Brady, G. Lowe, P. and Olin Lauritzen, S. Children, Health and Well-being: policy debates and lived experience is published by Wiley Blackwell, and comes as a result of a long term international, cross disciplinary research relationship between Professor Olin Lauritzen and Dr. Brady.
'This book has the potential applicability to health care policy development internationally.' said Brady 'It will significantly advance, both theoretically and methodologically, understanding of the role that children play in managing their own health care.'
