Project objectives

Enable academic staff to purposefully use social technologies for teaching. Design and implement problem-­‐based learning courses and cases. Transfer academic best practices from HEI in programme countries. Help Jordanian HEI to develop effective internationalisation strategies. Provide Jordanian students with international experience at their home HEI. Integrate Jordanian HEI in a global network for "Virtual Mobility".

Supporting Jordanian HEIs in designing and implementing effective ICT-based internationalisation at home activities and integrating them in a global network for "Virtual Mobility"

Aims

Build capacity at Jordanian HEI for collaborative academic practices

Introduce and promote modern teaching and learning methodologies

Modernise HE teaching practices in Jordan with innovative technologies

Increase relevance of HE through application-­‐oriented curriculum

Open-­‐up HE to integrate refugees and disadvantaged learner group

Address limited physical academic mobility between Jordan and the EU

Augment internationalisation at home with "Virtual Mobility"
