Staff in the School of Health and Care share a strong set of values and operate in an environment that is collegiate, supportive and caring of staff colleagues and students.
We are committed to the principles of the Athena SWAN charter:

We are currently supporting Coventry University’s application to renew Athena SWAN bronze status. We are also working against our agreed Faculty plan of actions related to gender equality including production of HLS guidelines for flexible working.
