At a place where you feel like your whole world is crumbling down, all it truly takes is for that one person to give you hope. In my case, this was Mr Grant. Growing up, I've always had this misconception that professional people are unapproachable and impersonal. But after contacting him regarding my situation, and explaining my circumstances to him, he has been nothing but sympathetic and understanding. He has gone above and beyond; I'm grateful and appreciative for eternity. He's done his job exceptionally well. He is a great asset to the university.
