Key Information for your Open Day

Don’t worry if you haven’t booked for the Open Day – you’re welcome to turn up on the day. Check out plans and make a note of the travel and parking information too.

Travel and parking information

By train

If you are travelling by train, a free minibus shuttle service will operate between Coventry Train Station and Coventry University from 9am on the day. Look out for our student ambassadors on the station concourse – they will direct you to the shuttle bus. The last shuttle back to the train station will leave from outside TheHub (Jorden Well entrance) at 4pm.

By car

As you reach the outskirts of Coventry city, follow the road signs to the city centre. On the approach to the city centre, you will pick up yellow AA signs for Coventry University Open Day which will direct you to the car park. Free parking is available at the Coventry University Multi-Storey Car Park, Gosford Street, Postcode CV1 5DL

Parking for Open Day visitors is free and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces for disabled people are available for all visitors in the Coventry University Multi-Storey Card Park.
On arrival, you will be greeted by student ambassadors who will direct you to the campus and the check-in reception at TheHub which is a very short walk away.

On arrival please head to TheHub to register and check-in, and pick up a printed copy of the visitor guide and a campus map.
