Structure
The University has developed an EDI structure in order to enable students and staff to have the ability to voice good practice and concerns they may have around the area of Equality and Diversity.

Training and useful information
The University has an online training package covering all aspects of EDI which is mandatory for all staff. It covers the Equality Act, dignity and respect and good practice information.
