English language requirements
Since all of our courses are taught in English, all non- native English speaking students will need to have achieved a certain standard of English before studying with us (currently IELTS Level 6.0).
A telephone interview to assess English language skills will be arranged for non-native English speakers.
If you hold IELTS Level 6.0 (with no component less than 5.5) or equivalent, you will not have to complete the telephone interview.

- Download our application form. Make sure you fill in all the boxes and sign your application.
- Attach the proof of your qualifications (copies of certificates, transcripts of grades, or statements of results).
- Click on the 'Submit Your Application' button and fill in all the boxes. Upload all of the previous documents: Application form, Proof of your qualifications.
- Click Submit.
International students

- Check that you meet the required Visa conditions. The website of the Republic of Poland details the basic requirements for the ‘D-Visa’ and supporting documents. In-depth information can be obtained from your in-country Polish Consulate or Embassy for country-specific requirements.
- Check that you meet the required conditions for the ‘Temporary Residence Permit’. For details visit The Office for Foreigners Website.

- Download our application form. Make sure you fill in all the boxes and sign your application.
- If you're an International Student, download our Visa Eligibility Form. Make sure you fill in all the boxes and sign your form.
- Attach the proof of your qualifications (copies of certificates, Visa eligibility form, transcripts of grades, or statements of results).
- Click on the 'Submit Your Application' button and fill in all the boxes. Upload all of the previous documents: Application form, Proof of your qualifications.
- Click Submit.
After you apply
- If your application is successful, CUW Admissions will provide an Offer Letter and a ‘Zaświadczenie’ document (CUW declaration confirming your admission).
- Set an appointment with the local Polish Consulate to apply for ‘D-Visa’ (via e-Konsulat system online).
- Submit ‘D-Visa’ application to in-country Consulate with supporting documentation (including Offer Letter and ‘Zaświadczenie’.)
- If your application is successful, collect your ‘D-Visa’ from your Consulate (15 days later in normal circumstances).
When you arrive in Poland
- Make yourself at home!
- Get your ‘Temporary Residence Permit’. Download and complete your permit application form available at the Portal for Foreigners of Wroclaw Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office
a. schedule a meeting at the Voivodeship Office via the online booking form
b. bring your completed application form, offer letter, and ‘Zaświadczenie’ with you for your visit to the Voivodeship Office. - If your application is successful, collect your Temporary Residence Card in due time (up to 60 days later in normal circumstances).
