Fees and how to pay
Coventry University Wrocław aims to bring high quality, English-taught degree courses to Poland. We are committed to maintaining a pricing structure that is simple, transparent and easy to understand. We understand that the decision to attend university is not just an academic decision; it’s quite often a financial one as well. While you're investing in your future, we want to make sure we’re helping you by offering convenient options to pay your course fees.
Students at Coventry University Wrocław obtain a degree that is awarded by a UK university, without having to leave Poland. This means our students receive excellent value for money, as studying and living in Poland is cheaper than the UK. Your tuition fees will cover all of your classes, online tutorials, some of the learning materials and access to our Library & Learning Services.
Ways to pay
Students can pay in a few different ways. To enrol onto your studies, you must have your tuition fee funding arranged so make sure you start planning this early.

What is the monetary value for each instalment and the full cost for EU Students?
Undergraduate
Full Cost (per year) is 27,500 PLN or approx. 6,342 EURO – this can be paid as a one-off payment or, alternatively, it can be paid in instalments as shown in the example below (Applicable to September 2023 intake).

International Students
What is the monetary value for International Students?
Undergraduate
Full Cost (per year) is 46,000 PLN or approx. 10,607 EURO – this can be paid as a one-off payment or, alternatively, it can be paid in instalments as shown below (Applicable to September 2023 intake).

Payment via online payment portal
You can pay your tuition fees online quickly and safely using a secure bank payment, or card where available, through Convera GlobalPay. This is facilitated by Western Union Business Solutions and you will be able to track your payment every step of the way. Fees can be paid for your full academic year or by four instalments spread across the academic year.

Payment by your sponsor or employer
If a recognised sponsor or your employer has agreed to pay your tuition fees for you, we will invoice them when you enrol on the course. In order to do this a sponsorship letter must be provided prior to enrolment on company headed paper and include the following information:
- Sponsor's full name, department, address & contact details (telephone and email)
- Student’s full name
- Coventry University Wrocław as the payee
- Course title the student is being sponsored for
- Course start date or academic year and stage being sponsored
- Full amount of sponsorship
- Purchase order or reference number that needs to be quoted on the invoice
- Invoice address if different to sponsor’s listed address
Sponsor letters are accepted on the terms and conditions of enrolment. Any sponsor invoice not paid will default back to the student directly who will then be liable for any debt incurred.
